For the past few weeks, my face had been very prone to ance and zints problem. my bottom left view of my face is filled with small, inflammatory swelling ances..not one nor two but five! and apart from that, the top side is inflicted with zints! oh gosh. i thought that was the sudden change of climax...as previous week has been rainning badly. but week has passed. the ance and zints are still pestering me. it greatly reduces my self-confidents. i'm so ashamed to go out with friends, as i experienced being "suan" by them, "why you face suddenly so many ances?" - "what happen to you face?", even worst, i got this friend told me face to face, "you had cum on your face yesterday eh?!". I was like, startled and dumbfounded. I got nothing to say, as i'm used to be the most "beautiful" face among my clinqs.

and with such rude, discourteous, abusive, derogatory, offensive, nasty remarks. i decided to embark myself into a world of beauty. i force upon myself to borrow afew books from library, regarding natural beauty. DIY-ing using natural fruits, 10-minutes of face life. and even toning up of yourself! just within a day, i finish reading 1 out of 4 books! and right after my work, i went to bought the fruit which is essential to cure my ances and zints. and even prepared fruit juices(i will list down the blended receipt) for my morning breakfast! i had tomato whole fresh milk cleanser! egg white yoghurt hair mask! all DIY by myself! and i learned some face massage from the 10minutes face life! using the olive oil i bought, i massaged myself, its werid having such oily stuffs applied on your face, but olive oil are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids which can help to treat inflamed or scarred skins! the sensation feeling are beyond words explained. i'm still not skilled in massaging myself, but well, times and trainning are the best insurance for me now! i will try to do it everyday after work. apart from out-taking of nutrient for your bodies, you need to intake it too! Following the receipt from the book, i whip up a dishes called, grilled chicken breast with lemons. well, i'm seriously a suckling chef. i keep adding oil and lemon jucis, why? because its so damn dry! you can see emit smoke as the piece of chicken are being grilled. boiled the spinach and toufu. placed the chicken on the bowl and added the garnishes. seriously speaking, i forced myself to eat. it taste horrifying terrible..the whole piece of chicken i would called it lemon chicken. its sour, purely. well, just to shake some of my favourite receipt.

The perfect start for the perfect morning breakfast!

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 ginger (optional)
  • 1 spoonfull of yoghurt

Juice all of them together and drink! this juice is ideal for a proper breakfast as its contain many vitamins and minerals. its a daily intake requirement!

another simple receipt for the hair mask,

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Mash the bananas with fork and add the oil, apply the mixture to wet hair from roots to the ends. massage throughly. wrap your hair with a hot towel (heat up in the microwave). rinse with warm water before shampooing and conditioning as normal!

well, these are SOME of the receipt i learned. i'm really lazy to post out all, make an effort, head down to the library to borrow some of this wonderful books!
